Getting Started with Ezypay

Set up your business account in a few easy steps to start collecting payments.

How to register for an Ezypay account

Before you apply, make sure you have the following information handy to enter into our application form: 

  • A form of identification such as a passport or driver’s licence for either the business owner, director or proprietor of the business 
  • A bank statement issued in the last 6 months, which includes the business’s bank account details 
  • A document issued in the last 6 months that is addressed to the business’s physical address, which matches the address on the application form, such as a utility bill, lease agreement or bank statement 

 

Other information to have handy: 

  • The business owner’s contact details and business details (including a registered business number) 
  • Business details (such as its registered business number) 
  • The business’s billing information (including transaction values, expected transaction volume and expected annual turnover from recurring debits) 
  • The business’s bank account details

Once your Ezypay application is submitted with all the relevant supporting documentation, your application is assessed by our Risk Department. Then all you must do is wait for your application to be processed. This should take around 48 hours. When your application is approved, we will send you an email with your login details and password.  

After the application is complete, you’re ready to log in and start using your Ezypay account to collect payments! If you need help logging in or have any general support queries about your account, please contact our Customer Support team.   

Before you start

Please confirm the following

  • You are applying as a registered business and can provide an active ABN/NZBN or relevant business number.

  • You are interested in using Ezypay to collect recurring payments from your customers.

  • You can provide current documents to validate your business such as a bank statement, business utility bill, lease agreement etc.*

  • You can provide a driver’s licence or passport as proof of identification.*

* If you cannot complete all sections of your application for any reason, you will be able to revisit this at a later date. Simply complete Section 1 and we will send you an email with a link to return where you left off.
